As a Product Development at the Strategic Business Division (SBD) Coal and Mineral sector, I focus on driving innovative solutions and strategic growth initiatives. My role involves identifying and developing new products that align with market demands, enhance operational efficiency, and support sustainable business practices. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage projects from ideation to execution, ensuring that each initiative meets industry standards and contributes to our competitive positioning in the market. Deputy Project Manager
Ogan Komering Ulu, South Sumatera (May 2023 - October 2023)

Responsible for taking over the project from the previous Project Manager. Manage and supervise boredpile foundation project with 4 teams with a total of 50 peoples. As a Deputy Project Manager in the PLTU construction, I have responsibility to coordinate directly with main contractor about schedule and production strategy. Propose scheduling for draft of contract's document addendum, making monthly invoice and responsible for operational related fund.

Responsible for ensuring all programs that have been planned together run smoothly. Was trying to be neutral and accommodate different point of view and ideas from 9 members. Initiate deep communication with residents, because I have better Javanese language skills. Mobilize youth and revive the typical art of Gedruk's dance by making local performances, with intimacy and funds shared with residents

Smart Competition Pertamina geothermal Energy

Participated in the Geohazard Smart Competition 2019, which was held by PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy in 2019. I and my team in the competition gave mitigation and countermeasure suggestions for a landslide disaster that occurred at one of PGE's sites.
